We are looking for a professional with the following characteristics:
- Operational leadership skills and >10 years of working experience in services, industry or finance.
- In-depth experience of Lean Six Sigma (black belt level) and Change Management.
- Able to both think conceptually and operationally with the skills to combine both aspects in practical and sustainable solutions.
- Analytically strong and results-oriented.
- Willing to travel (mainly Benelux and Germany).
- Fluent in Dutch, English and German.
- Entrepreneurial skills to help the company grow.
- University degree.
