Peter Walker is a Managing Partner of R&G Global Consultants. Prior to joining R&G Peter worked in the GE Corporate Six Sigma office as Director of Global Process where he had global responsibility for Business Process Improvement, Six Sigma curriculum development and Best Practice sharing. During his 5 year tenure in this position, Peter consulted on a global basis with the thirteen GE industrial and financial businesses. Together with Piet van Abeelen, he developed the methodology called Business Process Excellence which transforms the traditional process improvement program into a leadership development toolkit that helps Business Leaders control & improve their critical business processes. Before taking this role Peter held a number of senior managerial positions in Manufacturing in GE Plastics, both in US and Europe.

Peter is a Chemical Engineering graduate from London University.
