Christian Mertz is Managing Partner of R&G Global Consultants France, Switzerland and Austria. Before founding R&G’s business in these areas, Christian held Leadership positions for 7 years with General Electric, as Six Sigma & e-Business Director Europe for GE Capital Real Estate, Operations Director Western Europe for GE Lighting in charge of Supply Chain and Customer Service and Master Black Belt Manufacturing GE Lighting Europe.

Christian started his career as Quality Advancement Engineer for Timken and TQM Manager for Johnson & Johnson Clinical Diagnostics Europe.

He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from ESSTIN in Nancy and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne.
