Aart Willem de Wolf is managing partner of R&G Global Consultants for Central Europe (Benelux, Germany and Poland). Before joining R&G Global Consultants, Aart Willem worked for 4 years at USC Europe, a metal packaging company. He started as the Improvement Director and was responsible for driving Cost Out. He held the position of Operations Director in USC Europe where he has lead a successful financial turnaround involving over 500 employees and 3 plants.

He started his professional career at General Electric where he has held several operational leadership positions in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales.

Aart Willem has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a university degree in Business Science.
